1. https://smartcryptomine.space is a bitcoin
cloud mining service provided and managed by SmartCryptoMine LLC.-FZ. (U.A.E.).
2. All cloud mining power provided to the SmartCryptoMine bitcoin cloud mining services customers is backed by physical bitcoin mining equipment owned by SmartCryptoMine LLC.-FZ. (U.A.E.).
3. When buying Bitcoin cloud mining power (buying TH), you will receive daily net income in BTC that goes directly to your SmartCryptoMine in-app Wallet. Your daily net income in BTC is calculated as a Bitcoin mining pool reward corresponding to your cloud mining power purchased, with electricity costs and maintenance expenses deducted from it.
4. You are allowed to withdraw your in-app Wallet's BTC balance without any limitations on a daily basis. The daily withdrawal limit is 1 BTC.
5. The physical lifespan of the equipment used for bitcoin cloud mining services provided ranges from 60 to 84 months (60 months for 22.5 W/TH, 84 months for 15 W/TH). Therefore, when buying TH from SmartCryptoMine, you will receive income for the duration of the equipment's lifespan specified above or as long as it remains profitable (as long as BTC net income is greater than electricity and maintenance expenses).
6. By using https://smartcryptomine.space, you warrant that:
- you are of legal age to accept these Terms & Conditions according to the legislation of your country of residence;
- you comply with the laws and regulations of your country of residence;
- you understand and agree that you are always responsible for your behavior, actions, and omissions;
7. By accepting these Terms & Conditions and using https://smartcryptomine.space, you warrant that:
- you will only pay for SmartCryptoMine's bitcoin cloud mining service with legally obtained funds that belong to you;
- you will not engage in, undertake, aid, or abet any unlawful activity through your relationship with SmartCryptoMine;
- you will not use https://smartcryptomine.space for illegal purposes, including money laundering, transfer or receipt of payment for the planning, preparation, or commission of a crime, financing terrorism, or illegal trade.
8. You understand that blockchain technologies and other associated and related technologies are new, untested, and outside of your control, and adverse changes in market forces or technology may cause non-performance by the Company under these Terms & Conditions. At the same time, SmartCryptoMine will make all reasonably possible efforts to fulfill its obligations under any circumstances as long as it is not prohibited by law.
9. Your use of https://smartcryptomine.space is at your own risk. In no event will SmartCryptoMine LLC.-FZ. (U.A.E.) and its officers, directors, contractors, and employees be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit, arising from the use of the bitcoin cloud mining service. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve a dispute, the parties hereby irrevocably submit such dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. A Force Majeure event includes, without limitation, each of the following: government actions, the threat of war, acts of terrorism, economic or political crisis, acts of God such as earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, fires, etc., epidemics or other natural disasters, breakdowns, failures, or malfunctions of any electronic network and communication lines (not due to our fault), and any event or circumstance that we cannot reasonably control, the consequences of which result in the SmartCryptoMine support team being unable to take any reasonable action to correct the situation. In any situation, our top priority is the service, and we'll make our best efforts to provide it under any circumstances.
12. Please be advised that it is SmartCryptoMine LLC.-FZ. (U.A.E.) policy that no refunds are allowed.
13. The information provided and services offered at https://smartcryptomine.space is in no way intended to provide financial, tax, accounting, investment, business, or legal advice and should in no way be construed as an offer of securities.
